Had some AC issues and called my warranty company OneGuard. Az Trademasters called, I needed an appointment to work around my work schedule and it was not a problem accommodating me. Two technicians showed up in clean uniforms and groomed. ( first appt. of the day) They introduced themselves and shook hands.
They diagnosed the problem quickly. Explained it so it made sense. They did the repair and cleaned up after themselves. They even allowed me to wash the unit out before they buttoned it up. To be honest, I read the yelp review before they came out and had my guard up. Techs Steve and Jaime did good in my book. I would hire them again.

I had this company come out to look at my heater which was not working. They were recommended by my neighbor. As I am new to this area and I had no experience with other companies, I was glad someone could help me with my problem. I was pleasantly

My home warranty company selected Arizona Trade Masters to repair my broken AC. They were able to schedule me for the next day, which is a great thing during the busy season. They called me that day to give me an estimated arrival time within the original window. The technician was very friendly, and he was able to diagnose the issue and replace a broken part all within about 15 minutes! I will definitely request that my home warranty company send Arizona Trade Masters the next time I have a problem with my AC.

Used this company this past Friday,7-29-2016 and was very impressed with the technician that came to repAir my AC unit. I had contacted my warranty company and was originally told it would not be able to have a tech out till Monday. With a cancellation for another customer I was contacted and the technician was at my home within 20 minutes. At this point air had been off for @ 30 hours. Tecnnician found problem quickly and it was up and running. Due to the extreme heat it did take 5 hours to cool the home. Unit is running and seems to be quiet. I would not only use this co. again but also recommend them. Great service from the office and technician.

My home warranty sent this company out to my house to fix my ac unit. Long story short they were extremely nice, very professional. I feel like they went above and beyond to help fix my ac. I unfortunately wasn’t able to take off work so they worked on my unit and had access to my house without me being there and everything went very smooth. We had an AC go out last Saturday night. We have used this company and the past and they’ve always provided prompt professional service. I called and left a message on their emergency line, Sunday morning and received a prompt call back. They scheduled me for that morning and arrived right on time. The repair person was on time and very professional in his look and attitude. Made me comfortable before going to work and listened to my concerns. After our discussion he headed off to test the units and see how they were preforming. He headed upstairs in the attack and discovered that a set screw had come loose and the blower wheel had come off the shaft and jammed in the housing.
