The repair person was on time and very professional in his look and attitude. Made me comfortable before going to work and listened to my concerns. After our discussion he headed off to test the units and see how they were preforming. He headed upstairs in the attack and discovered that a set screw had come loose and the blower wheel had come off the shaft and jammed in the housing.
