With my wife having a medical issue, we cant afford to have our A/C ever go out. We heard a small noise last week and me being a bit paranoid decided to get it checked. Raymond came by and did a top to bottom check-up on the entire unit and let us know that it was good we called in because their was trouble brewing. He explained, in detail, what the issue was, put our mind at ease and was very friendly. He took extra time out to speak to my son about this and that and really proved to me that Raymond and Trade Masters are about customer service and making a life long customer. Raymond came back today and explained what he was going to do, fixed it, gave us some advice and went above and beyond ANY A/C company we have ever had come service our unit. I will also be letting my Home Warranty company know of Raymond’s and Trade Master’s excellent service. Thanks Trade Masters!
